Which countries does Nord Wear ship to? +
We currently ship to the United States, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
How long are processing and delivery times? +
Processing time: Orders are prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). The daily order cutoff is 3:00 PM EST.
Delivery time: After processing, standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days directly to your address.
Will I receive shipment tracking? +
Yes. Once your package has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment at any time.
How does the return process work (30 days)? +
You can return items within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason. The condition is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging.
